This Carbon Reduction Plan applies to all UK operations of Workforce Employment Solutions Ltd and covers all relevant contracts delivered under central government and NHS frameworks.

Baseline Year and Emission Footprint: Our baseline year for carbon reporting is 2022, during which our emissions were measured at 75.88 tCO2e. This value represents the starting point for tracking and reducing emissions across our operations, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and relevant Scope 3 emissions.

Subsequent reporting years have demonstrated a consistent reduction in emissions:

• 2023: 24.69 tCO2e (67.5% reduction compared to 2022)
• 2024: 20.31 tCO2e (17.7% reduction compared to 2023, 73.2% reduction compared to 2022)

Carbon Reduction Targets

We are committed to achieving Net Zero by 2040 through the following SMART targets:

1. 2025: Reduce emissions by 35% compared to the baseline year (target: 50 tCO2e).
2. 2030: Achieve a 60% reduction compared to the baseline year (target: 30 tCO2e).
